SUMMARY:Masks Required Ice Skating at Oly on Ice- December 2nd
DESCRIPTION:^The photo above is credited to Experience Oly and represents a public skate several years ago\, when masks were still required at the rink^ \nWe will be hosting a private\, masks required ice skating session on Tuesday December 2nd from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM!\nCost\n-There are two types of tickets: Skater tickets and Observer tickets. Observer tickets are for non-skaters and are free. Skater tickets are for skaters and include skate rentals. Skater tickets cost $15\, or there are no-cost tickets available if cost is a barrier. \n-Tickets are non-refundable\, unless the event is cancelled\, but they are transferrable. If you would like to transfer your tickets\, please email covidinfosouthsound@gmail.com \n*The cost for this event is $625 for a minimum of 25 skaters and then $10 per additional skater. I have chosen to charge $15 per skater\, which is not enough to cover the cost. If you would like to donate to close the gap or to sponsor no-cost tickets\, please purchase one or more “Donate a Ticket”. Thank you so much for your support in making fun\, Covid-safer\, financially accessible events possible* \nPrecautions\n-Masks are required and must be worn at all time while in the rink structure. Masks must be KF94/KN95 or better. You will need to leave the rink structure to consume food or beverages. \n-Please do not attend if you have ill symptoms\, or have tested positive for any infectious illness \n-All staff have agreed to wear KN95 masks during the event\, which will be provided to them by the host. We will be the first group to use the rink that day. \n-The rink is technically enclosed\, however it is quite drafty. When the rink is not busy (<50 people present) my Aranet readings have stayed in the 800-900s or less. Weather permitting\, we will do our best to prop the doors open for additional ventilation. \nLogistics\n-Everyone who is skating will need to fill out a digital waiver form for Oly On Ice when they arrive. There is a QR code posted at the ice rink that leads to the digital waiver form. A Waiver must be completed for all skaters. Parents will need to fill out waivers for minors. \n-Parking is free in the spots next to the rink. \nAccessibility\n-Skate aids are available for those who need them. There are only 4 skate aids available. They are red and are pictured in the photo above. \n-There is ample seating available in the rink structure\, mostly benches\, but also table and chairs. If you would like to come and socialize\, but not skate\, please claim an Observer ticket and come meet other Covid-cautious folks! \n-The entrance to the rink has a wide ramp\, ADA accessible ramp. \n-Parking next to the rink includes at least 2 ADA accessible spots. \n-There are public portapotties\, including an ADA accessible one\, available in front of the rink structure. \n  \nIf you have any additional questions or concerns\, please email covidinfosouthsound@gmail.com.

SUMMARY:Masks Required Movie Showing Wicked For Good
DESCRIPTION:We are hosting a masks required showing of Wicked: For Good at the AMC Lakewood 12 movie theater on Saturday December 13th at 10:45 AM\nCost\n-Regular price tickets are $13\, Discount tickets are $6 if cost is a barrier. If you need no-cost tickets\, please contact me at covidinfosouthsound@gmail.com and we can work it out. \n-Tickets are non-refundable\, but are transferrable. If you would like to transfer your tickets\, please email covidinfosouthsound@gmail.com \nPrecautions\n-Please wear a mask that is KF94/KN95 or better and keep it on at all times while in the theater (Sip valves are welcome) \n-During the K-Pop Demon Hunters masked showing at this theater\, we had 35 attendees and the Aranet readings started low\, reaching 1100-1200 ppm by the end of the movie. \n-We will be the first showing in our screening room\, so no audience will have been in the screening room before our showing. \nLogistics\n-Please arrive at 10:15 AM so that we can enter the theater together. \n-The screening room for our showing has seats 70. Depending on the interest for this showing\, I may offer more than the typical 40 tickets\, or I may book an additional screening. If all 40 tickets sell out\, please join the waitlist and I will contact you with the next steps. \n-This theater is located in a strip mall\, so we do not need to walk through any additional indoor spaces to access our screening room\, just the lobby. \n-The Lakewood Transit Center is a 5 min walk from the movie theater. \nAccessibility\n-There will be 4 seats for wheelchair users\, with companion seats next to them. These seats are located at the top rows of the theater. \n-There are many ADA accessible parking spots right in front of the theater. Other parking spots are within easy walking distance of the theater. \n-The bathrooms are ADA accessible. \n-The seats within the screening room are recliners. \n  \nIf you have any additional questions or concerns\, please email covidinfosouthsound@gmail.com.
