Masks Required Ice Skating at Oly on Ice- December 2nd

^The photo above is credited to Experience Oly and represents a public skate several years ago, when masks were still required at the rink^
We will be hosting a private, masks required ice skating session on Tuesday December 2nd from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM!
Cost
-There are two types of tickets: Skater tickets and Observer tickets. Observer tickets are for non-skaters and are free. Skater tickets are for skaters and include skate rentals. Skater tickets cost $15, or there are no-cost tickets available if cost is a barrier.
-Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled, but they are transferrable. If you would like to transfer your tickets, please email covidinfosouthsound@gmail.com
*The cost for this event is $625 for a minimum of 25 skaters and then $10 per additional skater. I have chosen to charge $15 per skater, which is not enough to cover the cost. If you would like to donate to close the gap or to sponsor no-cost tickets, please purchase one or more “Donate a Ticket”. Thank you so much for your support in making fun, Covid-safer, financially accessible events possible*
Precautions
-Masks are required and must be worn at all time while in the rink structure. Masks must be KF94/KN95 or better. You will need to leave the rink structure to consume food or beverages.
-Please do not attend if you have ill symptoms, or have tested positive for any infectious illness
-All staff have agreed to wear KN95 masks during the event, which will be provided to them by the host. We will be the first group to use the rink that day.
-The rink is technically enclosed, however it is quite drafty. When the rink is not busy (<50 people present) my Aranet readings have stayed in the 800-900s or less. Weather permitting, we will do our best to prop the doors open for additional ventilation.
Logistics
-Everyone who is skating will need to fill out a digital waiver form for Oly On Ice when they arrive. There is a QR code posted at the ice rink that leads to the digital waiver form. A Waiver must be completed for all skaters. Parents will need to fill out waivers for minors.
-Parking is free in the spots next to the rink.
Accessibility
-Skate aids are available for those who need them. There are only 4 skate aids available. They are red and are pictured in the photo above.
-There is ample seating available in the rink structure, mostly benches, but also table and chairs. If you would like to come and socialize, but not skate, please claim an Observer ticket and come meet other Covid-cautious folks!
-The entrance to the rink has a wide ramp, ADA accessible ramp.
-Parking next to the rink includes at least 2 ADA accessible spots.
-There are public portapotties, including an ADA accessible one, available in front of the rink structure.
